WHAT DO WE DO?
We are beginning to have high expectations of ourselves, each other, our students and their families. We are starting to ensure there is a high-quality provision across all areas of the school, including; effective safeguarding procedures, an ambitious and aspirational knowledge-rich curriculum, consistently good teaching & learning, a robust approach to attainment & standards, a rigorous personal development programme, a high level of pastoral care and excellent facilities for our students and the community. We are beginning to promote high aspirations, challenging targets and exemplary careers advice.

Priority 1: To ensure all students develop detailed knowledge and skills across the curriculum and achieve well.
Priority 2: To prepare students for adult life, ensuring they are responsible, respectful and active citizens who have realistic aspirations for themselves
